RETURNS POLICY

We want you to love your gear. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return for store credit or exchange on eligible items.

Items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused

• In original packaging with tags attached

• Free from stains, odours, makeup, fake tan, or damage

• Items discounted 40% or more (Final Sale)

• Worn, washed, or damaged items

• Items returned without approval

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrect items.

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive store credit via email to use on your next order.

We keep things simple and fair.
