How can I track my CoverThePump order?

After placing an order you will receive a confirmation email (please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see our email in your primary inbox).

Alternatively you can find your tracking number through your CoverThePump account by:

- Logging into your account

- Opening the 'orders' page

- Here your recent orders will be displayed along with the tracking number for each individual order

Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, followed by a second email containing your tracking information once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. The time for your order to be processed, packaged and delivered may vary depending on your location. As a general rule of thumb please allow 15-20 days to receive your order. If you still have not received your order outside of this timeframe please contact our support team at support@coverthepump.com

Order cancellations

Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to your order once you have hit 'Place Order' at the checkout, however you may be eligible to return the item(s) if you have received the wrong order or if you have received a faulty item. For further assistance please contact our support team at support@coverthepump.com

Exchanges, returns and refunds

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Generally, we only accept returns and process refunds for the following reasons:

- You have received the wrong order

- You have received a faulty item

EXCHANGES

Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges at this stage. Please do your best to compare to the size guides shown.

I have received a faulty item

We are sorry to hear that and apologize for the inconvenience!

Please contact our support team at support@coverthepump.com with the following information included in your response:

- Your name and email address

- Your order number

- The name of the faulty item

- A picture of the faulty item

Our team will do our best to correct your order and ship it out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!

My order is wrong

If you have received an item different from what you have ordered (size, color, different item completely) , you may be eligible for an exchange. Within 14 days of your purchase please contact us (support@coverthepump.com) with the following information:

- Your order number

- The name and description of the item

- An image of the item(s) received
